2. What data we process
The data you provide in the contact form: name, company, email, type of business, city or province and, if you provide them, phone number, estimated volume, number of diners and message.
3. Purpose
To handle your inquiry or request, and to contact you about products, availability and commercial terms, including, where applicable, professional samples.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Service providers working for the controller may access it, such as web hosting and email (web hosting provided by Hostinger, domain and email provided by Hostalia, and Google’s email service, where a copy of requests is received), under the corresponding data processing agreements.
6. Retention period
For as long as necessary to handle your request and, at most, 12 months from receipt, unless a commercial relationship or legal obligation requires keeping it longer.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to comercial@pandino.es and identifying yourself. If you believe your rights have not been honored, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Cookies
This site does not use first-party or third-party cookies for analytics or advertising. Fonts are served from the site itself. If measurement tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated and the corresponding consent will be requested.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.
